2007 S40 intake camshaft rear bolt?

Working on replacing the head gasket, had to purchase a refurbished head cylinder and cams due to damage from overheating. At the point where I need to lock down the cams but I cannot get T30 bolt off the intake camshaft. I have not seen this step in any forum or manual, so I want to get some advice before doing any damage to the new camshaft.
