Lose stearing wheel, blowing air at brakes, V70 2000 model

I have a Volvo V70 T5 late 2000 model and I really love this car. For the past 6 months a very loud blowing, like hydraulic shock blowing off, under my brake and accelerator and this is driving me nuts. The second problem is if I accelerate at 100km/h the car feels like it starts shaking and only stops when I put it in speed control and or go over 140km/h. The 3 problem is that my steering wheel feels a bit lose, how do I fix that one?
