Volvo 850 IPD TME ECU Market Value (95)

Hi everyone,

I'm returning a heavily modded 850 Turbo to it's stock form as my dad will be using it as a daily driver. This vehicle was heavily modded during the late 90's early 2000's. One of the items I have is a ECU I purchased from IPD which was a TME tune. This was back in Nov of '00. Obviously the TME held up and so did the Engine, Turbo, etc as it's 17 years and 300,000 miles later. Is there a market for these ECU's and what's a fair price?

FYI, it's out of a 95, 850 Turbo w/Auto. Part number ends with 071 (072) and marked with version 8.2. I remember paying $1,100 at the time. crazy.

Been a while, but if you're still looking to sell it, there is a market for tunes. Used tuned ECUs typically go for around $200-$300, but it really depends on who is looking and what their setup is.
Make sure you list the mods on the tune... turbo, injectors, SAS/O2 delete, etc.

I do. Just dusted off my original ECU from 18 years. Swapped them out and can’t believe the difference in HP. Interested in the tuned ECU?
