Tail Light and Directional Bulb Purchase Sources

Hello All-

I called my local dealer today to make sure they had the bulbs I needed in stock before I went way out of my way to stop there. They do have them, for almost $7 each!

Does anyone know of another source where I can get these cheaper? With the strange, offset base you cannot buy them at a local autostore if memory serves me.

I am in need of a rear running light bulb on a '99 S70 and a rear directional bulb on a '98 V70.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think I've gotten all mine at Advance...which car is this for?

Its for a '98 V70 and '99 S70. I did call my local advance and they have them. I did not think the autopart stores would carry them because of the off-set knobs on the base. They are certainly a lot cheaper than the dealership...plus I don't need to go out of my way!

Glad you are back to mundane stuff - that was an epic struggle last year, but ultimately you got the dragon head mounted on the wall

Agreed. But I am in the midst of a timing chain job on a Range Rover now. My garage is not for the faint of heart!
