Jello Salad, Anyone?

Once in while sis makes this stuff. An old recipe from either my Grandma or Aunt that lives in Vermont.

Most variations of "Jello Salad" I find absolutely revolting.
But this stuff is da bomb..

Bottom layer: Lime Jello, Chunk Pineapple (drained canned pineapple, reserve juice for:)
Middle layer: Cream Cheese, Cool Whip, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice all whipped together
Top layer: Finely shredded sharp cheddar.

Edit, no its 4 layers- 1. Jello-Pineapple, 2. Cream Cheese-and something??, 3. lemon-pineapple juice, somehow formed into a homemade pudding of sorts, 4. shredded cheddar.
