Central locking failure

Hi all,
I've sold the white 96' 960 wagon - i swapped the drivers door for a pick n pull unit, swapped the lock mechanism so the keys would match. Now the central Locks all the doors, but does not Unlock the other 3 doors and litigate, not a problem but it also does Not deactivate the alarm..
Any help is greatly appreciated
