Yea I don't think the problem is solved. I woke up this morning and I'm still having the same issue. Next culprit would be the fuel injectors which I can't seem to find anywhere near me so if anyone could point me in the direction of a good set of injectors, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Also I reset the codes but got back with the same exact ones. The check engine light doesn't come on, but I do get the message "Slow down or Shift Up"

Interesting, no CEL with misfire codes...
I would not go for replacement injectors (if this is intermittently occurring on #2 according to the 'same exact codes' predicament.)
Take another close look at that # 2 injector electrical connector; inspect for loose, recessed or corroded pins on both the injector and female connector, chafed wires in the loom - and in that order.
If wiring checks out, you could swap # 2 injector with another cyl. to see if the problem would move with the suspect intermittent injector. Don't throw parts at her just yet

Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

Ok so just for good measure I went and did another code reset because it was annoying me in the back of my mind that no codes went away. I left the battery unplugged for a good 2 minutes and even switched the coils around. I then went back to auto zone to get my codes, this time only 4 came up. 2 for misfire in cylinder 2 and for the injector circuit in cylinder 2. After I started the car up again to leave the shop... no issues, running smooth as butter.
I think I'm gonna try to add some lucas my next fill up and see if maybe I just had a bad tank of gas.

Lucas would not hurt anything but I doubt it can fix an apparent wiring 'Gremlin' (codes point to injector #2 circuit). That could be happening anywhere in the wiring or within the injector's internal winding. I would definitely wiggle the ECU first, and then move the suspect #2 injector to another cyl.
If the misfire+lean codes do follow the injector, then it's a simple fix. Make sure you have a set of o-ring seals available if you decide to pull the rail and do the swap test.
On another note, when the ECU codes a fault in an open or shorted injector circuit, it may quit firing it until you key down and re-start, so wiggling on a running engine may not always give an immediate actionable response.
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

So here's what I got done today: Cleaned the throttle body. I swapped the first 2 injectors around and replaced their O-rings. I reset the codes but the car was still misfiring. I took it to auto zone to get my codes and we checked twice, came back with 0 codes. Once I started the car back up it sputtered for 2 seconds then it fixed itself. Moving the ECU doesn''t seem to do much beecause I wiggled it before leaving to auto zone and no luck. It will sputter and fix itself randomly when I'm driving now. Still no CEL, just that "try slow down or shift up" message.

What’s the fuel pressure at the rail doing?

- Did you get bad gasoline?
- Try a bottle of Techron here and there, hopefully any water in the fuel is burned up...
- Did you do a compression test to rule out burned valves? What is your mileage, more than > 180K?
