17" Neptune wheels w/new tires

17" Neptune wheels, don't look bad, but could use paint or plasti dip to make them 100%
No cracks or bends.
215-45-17 Nankang NS20 tires(40,000 mile rated tread), 6 months old/3000 miles. 1 tire has a small bubble in it.
Located in Central Fl 34446. Willing to ship at buyers expense.
Will get up better pictures up within the next few days.
