Oil leak following PCV, Oil Cooler Line and Timing Belt replacement

Better late than never follow up. Ended up being the connector hose from the breather box. Not the collar one, but the crooked one. I think the hose clamp may have been too tight and ripped the hose at the connector. IPD was awesome, as usual and sent me a new one. No fun to do this job again, but at least the leak is fixed. And yes, I just got it fixed a few weeks back since the weather is now nice enough for this shade tree mechanic.

If you are using an aftermarket hose there, it will continue to fail. Volvo only on the short hoses that connect to the breather box.

IPD sent me aftermarket hoses, so should be good to go for a while!
