Hello, I currently have 2007 S80 and wondering is it possible to upgrade from this:

Do they share same internals? Has anyone done that?

Not sure on your car, but check out Xemodex - for other Volvos they offer upgrades. Maybe take a look on Ebay. I do like the look of the second picture.
