This is my first post here and I've wanted to find a place like this for my 96 850 that i bought off my dad. I'm pretty young and really want to learn everything I can about cars. I'm not sure how to tho.. any suggestions? Also, is the 850 a good car to put mods on?

There's a lot to learn. My suggestion is you just hang out here for awhile and read up on things...do searches and find out what your car is doing that others have/are doing as well. If your car has a turbo, yes, your car is a great car for mods. If not, then no...you won't get any more speed out of it. Hope this helps. Oh, and welcome aboard!

Some have done it but the engine has to be modified to handle the extra umph you'll put it through, not to mention the engine computer (ECU). The cost is much more than what your car is worth. The best bet if you want a turbo is to sell your present car and buy a turbo 850. Really.
