Finished swapping out a damaged subframe for a good one from a donor car. I will be posting a lengthy separate post on this job.

Now I just have to get the car aligned as it definitely needs it. (steering wheel at 11:55 and not 12:00)

Well, just finished changing the evap L and J hoses, they both had a couple splits in them at the fittings. Hopefully that will cure my P0455 for the next 6 months or so before it comes back again for some other ridiculous reason.
I just used some 1/2" heater hose from the auto store like I did on my cousin's car a while back. Hopefully it will suffice, because I wasn't about to spend $50 on anything related to emissions crap.

Hopefully my car will be ready if it has to be re-inspected, because the idiot at the inspection place messed up my VIN and then gave me a hard time about it because his class told him the one on the dash is the only one they can go by. A previous owner replaced the lower dash and never changed the VIN plate, so that's what his issue was because it wasn't mentioned BEFORE he put the inspection down for the incorrect VIN. He thought I changed the driver door because he told me my registration had the wrong VIN.
This was the same place that inspected my car the past two years without issue, but it was a different person this year. This new guy needs to be fired... couldn't even talk to me without whining.

I don't know why these morons can't just go by the VIN that's stamped on the firewall/cowl. That one can't be changed without it being blatantly obvious!

I need to do the same! My left rear tire's bulge is not looking too good! It's a shame, because the tread on the rear tires are still around 6/32" still.

Finally got around to replacing both parking brake cables. Unfortunately after all that the driver side parking brake still doesn't work.

Yes they are! I've had my P6's for close to 10 years. I figured I would stick with pirellis and the $100 4-tire rebate + $70 pirelli rebate made this a nice buy. Probably going to install them on saturday.

Finished replacing the two rear bumper brackets, re-riveted the bumper to the rear mud flaps. Very satisfying and ending the annoying end rattle of the completely destroyed bumper brackets.
