Weird issue...the car is basically dumping coolant immediately after turning the car off. It’s super hot here in Texas obvi...but still weird.
I’m thinking a crack in the coolant reservoir?

It could be that or a bad pressure cap. They also crack or fail

I believe it’s leaking from the tank bc when I turn the car off & pop the hood, the reservoir is gurgling fluid and there’s a big puddle underneath the car at that location.

Track down the leak. Your pressure does spike after a hot run so this isn’t that unusual an occurrence.
The reservoirs live about 12 years, the caps maybe 1/2 that
Be careful removing the tank and remember to lift it just a few cm, then disconnect the sensor underneath before it breaks

Both tank and the lid can be bought reasonably on the internet.
The worse case scenario is a head gasket leak which can push cylinder pressure and exhaust into the coolant in the engine.
Gets some soapy water and rub down or spray the tank do the same for the cap.
Turn on car until the radiator fan starts running. This will give best idea because you have allowed the car to heat up.
Look for bubbles from the soapy water to find cracks in the tank, lid, or possibly from the connecting coolant hoses.
