1995 850 GLT..need new tires..what to buy?

Post by viper69 »

I do 90% in town driving. There is no snow where I live..but TONS of rain.

So what tires would be good to get. I was at NTB and they were having a 'buy 3 tires get one free' deal.

I saw the following tires BF Goodrich Traction T/A for $87.00/tire (60k mile warranty)

And Goodyear Eagle GT HR, $91.00/tire (50k mile warranty)

And they had Pirelli P6 Four Season tires as well.....

Any ideas what might be a better tire, esp for clearing water during heavy rainstorms..or are these 3 all fairly similiar?

Thanks.

yokohama makes *excellent* tires. The Bridgestone Potenza is also an excellent tire. My next set will be one of those two.
