2013 S60 T5
Can anyone explain how the manual key in the key fob works. A friend at work needs to get into his car and the instructions say to put the key in hole. Apparently the hole is hidden and its not obvious how the key is supposed to work. Any help would be appreciated.

It is under the endcap of the door handle. Look underneath the endcap, your see a small hole for prying the endcap off.
