2003 XC70 with 255,000kms, just purchased, reviews/opinions

I couldnt believe it either, in Ontario Canada. Owner drove all highway 200km each day to work, full dealer serviced, he is actually on a daily morning show here in Toronto. My 740 went for well over 400k, have a 96 850 now with 240k which runs like a top, so i figured, hey what the hell it is a volvo and it is a 2003 how bad can it get. plus i got it for less thank 10k, etested and safetied.

Anyhow, car is clean runs fine, picking it up on MOnday. Was wondering if it is possible to get the navigation for it, and if so, where and how? is all the wiring there for it although the car didnt come with it? Any suggestions, ideas?

anythign i should know or watch out about these cars? have a friend who is a volvo mechanic, he is a frien of a friend, he is like dont worry about it, motor/tranny/awd system are very reliable in those cars. even he hasnt seen a 2003 with 255k.

opinions> advise?
from past volvo experiences and from what i haev been reading they seem pretty reliable.

Yes, 2003 and newer are very reliable. I would however suggest you do a transmission flush (in the database) if it already hasn't had it. In regards to the NAVI system, you might try here: http://forums.swedespeed.com/zeroforum?id=22
