166666 in the middle of the car wash!

As I was rolling through the car wash l looked down and the mileage hit 166,666. Momentarily I expected the building to fall down on me!

Anyone else with a weird mileage number about to happen? June

June, if you load your images into Microsoft paint then save them, they will post correctly.

Can you get that on a phone? Matt said he was going to fix the glitch. I dont use a computer only my Note phone. June

Samsung Galaxy Note? The phones are the source of the "glitch". You might try one of the photo editors for Android. Load, rotate 90° clockwise, save.

The phpBB operators have been looking for way to handle the phone "glitch" for ~six years. If Matt comes up with a solution he will be a Hack Hero.

I was going to manually rotate the photos in her travel thread... but I've found about 166,666 things to do first. It's difficult because they're not just right there for me. I've got to download them, rotate them on my laptop, then put them back in the right place on the server.

June, can you shoot horizontally instead of vertically? That will solve it moving forward.

Great idea! I'll try it to see if it works. Sorry I'm not computer literate like most of you. I still have my computer, but it is a IBM Totable from like 1990. I dont think it would work on the internet. The note phones are easy and portable. June

Matthew I have tried rotating the photo with a photo program and no matter what it uploads sideways.

Is there any way a rotation feature could be added to MVS in the preview or edit windows? I could fix my own photos if that was the case. The strange thing is if I click on the sideway photo in a thread it then opens on the phone right side up. I am getting ready to experiment with which way to hold the phone horizontally to get a picture right side up for future photos

. I don't know what things look like to someone viewing with a computer. The sideways photos are aggravating!

Does this photo appear upright? Dog's ears should be center top of photo. June
