My s40 is to slow

First of all sorry for my bad english because it's not my native language
I bought a 2002 s40 from 8 month's and on the highway it go fast and kind of smooth but I can't go more than 140km/h
And when I try to go to Mountain Road it just be too slow and I have to use first gear on the manual so I can keep moving and if I lift it on the second one it just start to slowing down and the rpm go under 1000 rpm and it goes like it will shutdown please help me with this problem.. We don't have a volvo dealer here in syria

Hello from the United States. You should do a Stage 0 to the S40.

Thank you for your replay I do all of that without the vaccum lines and software update today I noticed one of the vaccum lins is missing but I don't where it goes .. It is the one to the left of the throttle gate

Assuming it has an automatic transmission ?? Maybe it is stuck in winter mode.
The W button beside the gear shifter turns that mode on or off.
When on there is an up pointing arrow appears on the dash also.

Sorry my dear I have just cleaned it last week but I have unplugged the sensor that came on it does it matter ?

A missing vacuum line could easily make the car run very poorly. I'd try confirming that it's actually missing and figure out where it's supposed to go as a first step.

Unplugging the O2 sensors by the catalytic converter would also make the car run poorly.

1-Where I can find the vaccum line diagram for this model
2-and can I use normal rubber hose for it

On North American delivered models, the vacuum routing diagram is on a sticker on the underside of the hood.

On North American delivered models, you should have the O2 sensors plugged in.
They do affect how the engine runs.
