Wanted : A '95 965 to a '98 V90

Figured I'd try here instead of classified for better exposure. What can I say, I love wagons. I believe I've had more wagons than sedans. I do already have a non turbo '91 745. It's slow, but definitely a momentum car and have driven for 10 years. I'm looking for a 960/V90 wagon. Have driven my '96 960 for almost 6 years now. Is a sedan though instead of a wagon even though I've had 2 early models. Will take a wagon needing work or trade for my fully functional '96 964 sedan. Nice car with my hand written service Log indicating date, mileage, work done, parts and cost. Would drive coast to coast as she sits right now. I'm in the Louisville area.

A little info on my '96 960. I'd say for being a 22 year old car it's in excellent condition considering. Is White with gray interior. Everything works including AC that cools to 34° while rolling. Chassis just turned 200K while the engine just turned 190K. Original Engine overheated while wife was driving. The nipple on the passenger side radiator tank about mid way gave loose causing the overheat. Don't know why a 960 would have that nipple, but it's positioned in the same place that a turbo charged Red Block would be.

This replacement B6304 190K engine is in better shape than the previous 3 960's I've owned or driven. Not even the slightest valve/lifter chatter that I've experienced on every other one I've driven. Has been on many long distance drive during my 6 years. Would hop in right now TODAY and drive anywhere, coast to coast if need be. My detailed hand written service Log/&receipts show a brick that has been maintained. By me,no one touchs my cars. I don't let some of these tire jockeys touch My car. I take the removed wheel/tire to them. They just can't seem to follow my simple direction as to where the dang lift points are . Even with a piece of tape marking it's location. You may be asking why I'd let this car go since it's in this kind of shape. Very simple, as listed above, I prefer wagons. Especially the end of the line for Volvo's RWD line of cars . As far as I'm concerned the absolute best of the last.

I suppose I could consider trading out my '91 745 wagon, for a 960/V/90 wagon. Bought it 10 years ago with 120K on it. I think it's got right at 204K on it right now. And like the 960 I'd take off today for a coast to coast run.

Thanks for reading, Dave
