ISO: Parts or car for 850 in reagent red pearl aka maroon or burgundy

Hello,

I am searching for body panels for a 1996 850 Turbo in the reagent red pearl color which most people may call maroon or burgundy. I need the front fenders, the front passenger door and a hood. As close to Stillwater Oklahoma as possible would be preferred. Craigslist has been no help so I turn to the MVS community.

Is it Volvo paint code 418, Regent Red Metallic

I assume so. I don't have the paint code in front of me but I believe it is the darker red that was called reagent red pearl or something.

The 1996 850s had two reds.
Regent Red Metallic paint code 418

and Red, paint code 601

.
Then there was Autumn Gold Metallic paint code 423

which has a reddish color.

My engine bay plate read 418-11 for the paint code. Reagent red metallic it is.

A '94 850 at the Winner road Pick-n-Pull in Kansas City, MO It looks like it could be 418 but there is no way to be sure unless it is right in front of you. Keep in mind digital cameras and computer monitors are not reliable color duplicators and lighting can change the apparent shade.

If your lucky, a member in Kansas City will go by, get the paint code off the plate and inspect the condition of the body panels.
