no start
no start
car will turn over but will not even try and start so i started checking fuses under the hood and found that i have no power to 3,4,5,6,8 and 11 fuses. all engine related fuses so i tried a different relay for fma2 made no difference. i checked all other fuses in car and all were good. could this mean that the fuse box under the hood is bad. please help i am at a loss

Put your finger on fma2, have somebody turn the key from Pos 0 - I - II, see if the relay clicks.
Check for the +30 on one side of the relay coil ... with the key on.
