MAF and check engine light

I fixed the biggest problem of my car. Now come a lot more. Basically ever since I bought the car the CEL was on. I was told that Volvo found no issue and everything is fine. BOught a cheap ebay scanner and got a whole bunch of error codes. All to do with a wrong (too rich) fuel mixture.
I finally found some time to check this out in more depth. Before that I fixed the cracked intake pipe which didn't solve the issue.
I tested the MAF with a multimeter. Cold start and let it calm down to idle (between 700 and 800rpm i guess). It settled around 1.42 Volts. That seems way to much and a faulty sensor or am I wrong?

Error codes are:
0175 -stored
0172 -stored
0422 -stored
0432 -stored
0432 -stored
2180 -pending
2178 -pending

not sure what pending is supposed to tell me.
