I did 6 hours straight on the highway and only had a cramp in my leg... wish my cruise control worked, if so then it would have been hands down the most comfortable 6 hour drive of all time.

Had a fantastic day at the junkyard. Got some much needed panels and saw the most exquisite 960 wagon with no dents, no scratches, almost perfect interior. It's a shame I cant put those parts in my 850.

Though I've never seen it done, I'm sure it's possible. That said, it's probably not an easy task!

After my tornado encounter several years ago the roof has some pretty deep gouges in it. I found a leak right at the seam in the roof channel above the passenger door. I went to clean the area and noticed what I thought was a roof length weld was actually some type of sealant. I dont know if its a urethane or silicone compound but it got me thinking. If the roof is just tack welded in many spots without any really long welds then salvaging one from a junkyard could be doable. Just a thought.

Separate topic. I got a new hood from the junkyard and wanted to do some simple painting with a color match spray can and some clear coat. Anyone have good luck DIYing that?

For the P2s there's a complete instruction in Vida for doing that. I'm thinking something similar for the P80s is quite likely.
