How to replace quarter window

How to replace quarter window

How to replace the quarter window? I was able to remove the door panel, plastic moulding and screws but couldn't figure out how to remove the whole quarter window assembly. What else do i need to remove? I was hoping to avoid removing the power window if that is possible...
