Temporary Lawnmower syndrome?
Wisdom requires knowledge as a prerequisite, but knowledge can be developed due to a lack of wisdom.
In order to learn how to fix something, you must first learn how to break it.

I just thought I would wrap this up. The car is now running very smooth. Misfires I'm guessing were coming from a weak spark due to a poorly charged battery. I threw a new battery in the car and a and it is now running very well. Any rough idle has been mended by securing all vacuum lines associated with the EGR. I'm now on to solving the slop in the steering and some cluster/speed sensor issues. Thanks for the input :)
