Ok so approximately 70% of the time I start my car I get nothing from the fan. If I firmly hit the top of the dash right in the center of the dash the blower fan starts and blows warm air without issues. Obviously it some sort of relay under the dash. Can someone pin point this issue for me. Thanks

When the blower motor is not working, measure the voltage at the blower motor. If the problem is something other then the blower motor, there will be no voltage at the blower motor.

It could be the blower motor.
Apply power directly to the blower, tap on the motor and see if it intermits.

If your sure it something in the center of the dash, pull the CCM out of the dash and check the wiring.
