This car is freakin beautiful other than the hood, front fenders, and front seats.

THIS IS A PROJECT CAR
Car runs and drives well, but has major issues as well as cosmetic damage. Engine feels and sounds strong, turbo pulls hard, all known issues are listed below. I have put about 100 miles on the car and decided I don't have time for the project. Looking for a fellow Volvo enthusiast to save this car.
Functional problems:
-Auto trans flashing arrow is on. Tried the PnP switch fix- didn't work. Assuming the transmission is shot. The transmission has full functionality (No limp mode or erratic shifting) and the fluid has been flushed 3 times during my ownership. Were it not for the blinking light I would assume the trans is fine.
-Check engine light is on, transmission fault code
-Power steering pump whines, steering feels odd. Already tried changing the pump.
-Small water pump leak
-A/C does not function, ECC module lights flash on startup
-ABS light is on
-Dash lights are intermittent
-Various rubber suspension and other components are due to be replaced
-Odometer does not function
Things I have done to it:
-Full PCV service/ cleaning. Dipstick used to smoke, now does not.
-seafoam treatment then oil change with 5w-30 full synthetic
-Coolant flush
-Cleaned throttle body
-Replaced P/S pump- part has approx 160k miles
-Replaced turbo assy. Part has approx 160k miles and barely any turbine play.
-New upper radiator hose and OEM thermostat.
The main cosmetic problem lies in the front end. Clear coat is peeling on the hood and both front fenders. Rust on the hood and the pass side fender is partially caved from one of my stupid goats attacking it. The front seats are both cracked.
No other cosmetic problems with the car- otherwise the paint is spotless and the interior is the best I have ever seen in an 850. Has an aftermarket stereo, KYB gas a just rear springs and IPD rear overload springs. Headlight bulbs are replaced with HIDs, but housings are stock. Previous owner stated he replaced the headgasket about a year ago but I have no proof. The timing belt looks fairly recent and in good shape but I have no evidence of when it was last done.
