Any recommendations for decent yet affordable ignition coils?

Try ebay for used coils...

You could call Erie VoVo and see if they can help you out on used http://erievovo.com/. Not sure if they sell coils though.
Bremi coils at a reasonable price: https://www.rmeuropean.com/Products/306 ... V4246.aspx. I've ordered through them on several occasions. They are legit and dependable and ship free and fast over $65

Usually no need to replace the all. Only use Bosch - see Fcpeuro or Ipdusa for new ones or Ebay for used ones as mentioned. If you go used ones see this www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHLgXQo6E9c

But even more important, find out why the coil failed. Usually it's a thermostat problem on the 3.2, it cracks inside as the plastic tabs and the engine runs hotter - gauge still at 12h only the top of the engine stays hotter which will affect the coils

Also, inspect the spark plugs - too worn and it will stress the ignition coils
