Propus C rims

I purchased these 3 years ago from a member on this forum and never got around to refinishing them. The rims could use some refinishing, they have paint bubbles near lug holes (see pictures), some paint chips and some light curb rash (no hard dents). Rims have sat unused in storage since I bought them. Tires are junk. Willing to meet in Frederick, md, Harpers Ferry, WV or the surrounding DMV area.
