s60 rear brake pads worn much faster than front ones

hi everybody,
I have 2015 S60 T5 AWD. She was in the service for 30K check (the car has 27K), and they said her rear brake pads and rotors need to be replaced.
The report says rear pads have 1mm, and front ones have 11mm.

Is this normal? can the rear ones worn out that quickly? or would it be possible to have an issue in calipers or somewhere else?

i have a 2012 s60, t5, fwd. 57,000 miles...I replaced my rear pads before the front also. This seems to be " normal" . I didn't replace the rotors, they didn't need it. This car is not driven hard.
