2000 c70 new head crank no start

Hey guys I recently brought a 2000 c70 with a suspected blown head gasket.

Turns out the head was warped and needed to be replaced.
Have now replaced the head and reassembled it all.

Cam/crank timing is perfect.

Car will crank over and oil light goes out.
It has spark at all plugs
I’m sure it has fuel pressure as I press the valve on the fuel rail and fuel squirts out.
Fairly sure it has compression as the starter seems to be working normally with spark plugs in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try this: Disconnect the camshaft position sensor(s) and see if you can get it to fire up on lookup tables.

The ECM has some Artificial Intelligence which maybe expecting the previous conditions. Disconnecting the camshaft position sensor(s) forces the AI to use the lookup tables and reevaluate the conditions.

It may require extended cranking to get the engine to fire on the lookup tables. However, if you succeed, you will be able to reconnect the camshaft position sensor(s) and thereafter it will fire right up.

Ok I’ll do this after I try the oil in cylinder truck, god I hope I get this car going

I was going to say a tablespoon of oIl in each cylinder, you're on it though. Very common.

The fuel pressure has to be at 50 psi, not just a squirt, so get a gauge in it and rule out fuel pump relay, fuel pump with a diagnostic. You can also give it a shot of ether, or starter fluid,nor three seconds to see Ifor breathes fire
