what is the best diagnostic tool for Volvo? that reads all the codes?

In my experience this would be VIDA DiCE; I have used it on my 2002 s60 for years and have saved a lot of $$ worth of tripss to the stealership.

VIDA 2014D is the latest off-line working setup that is relatively easy to configure with minimum investment and basic computer skills.
