ok my 1999 volvo v70 will not go over 3000 rpms. the car drives good on and off the highway just very poor acel/power when over 2500rpms. It gets up to 70+ and shifts good while doing it, just takes a while unless realy pushing on it. i put a spacer on the old yellow tag etm with no change....then I put a used etm in with no change..with both changes(ETMS) the car drives the same...I noticed after hooking up to my live data(FIXED) (AFTER ZEROING THE NUMBERS BY COMPUTER REST)while at idle my stft is up to positive 9%. but smothes out while driving for most part. THE issue is the long term fuel trim rises steady as I drive all the way up to around 19%. but then at idle my short term is around -2 to +3. I have switched MAF once warm it runs at 4-4.5g/s at idle, Coolent temp sensor is new, intake air temp new, timeing is on set with cam lock, i have switched out fuel pumps, THERE ARE NO WARNING LIGHTS ON DASH I have cleaned injectors, new fuel filter, new spark plugs(VOLVO spaced at.028) got 2 new coils and played around with them, i have done the glove test for pcv and it sucks it in quite well. (dose this test truly work? I have concidered doing the sump gaskets(o-rings and all) HELP I AM ABOUT TO GO CRAZY AND BROKE AT THE SAME TIME TRYING TO FIX MY BABY!!!!!! ALSO Just noticed a cpl days a go(THIS SENSOR IS NEW ASWELL) my oil pressure light flashing on realy quick after reving it up then releasing throttle all the way....rpms drop as well to 6000 6500 rmp

I've had this problem when one of charge air hoses slipped off. Check all your intake hoses for leaks and tightness. That's my best guess at this point.
