1994 850 Remote Receiver will not enter Program Mode

Thanks for all of your help. I finally got all of my remotes to program. It turned out that the Alarm Relay was not completely seated, it must have jiggled loose over time. The alarm relay is the red one in the enclosed picture, basically located above your left leg when seated in the drivers seat. After I properly seated the Alarm Relay, I went through the procedure of locking the doors and turning the ignition from the off (0) position to on (II) position 5 times leaving it in the on position on the 5th turn. I immediately could tell that something was different because on the 5th try the hazard lights started flashing. After pushing the buttons on the remotes and turning the ignition off, the hazards continued to flash until I pushed the unlock button on the remote, unlocking the vehicle. After that the hazards turned off and all the remotes worked perfectly. Thanks All
