What I was seeing was the author of the last post, showing as both the last and the OP every time.
Purged the Caches using CCleander. It is back to where it was before the new theme.
This is the second time I've done this to see your corrections.
Looks like a frequent Cache purges until you are finished.

When I was not logged into site (my cookies are dumped daily), I clicked on my username today (4/30/2019) and noticed "Last active" date being incorrect. When I logged in, and went to User Control Panel, it was correct. About ten days difference in date stamp.
