I'm trying to fined instructions for Volvo V70 XC 2002 engine block heater. Part number 30780413. The part came w/"instructions" to a non-existant website

I have tried that link and was connected to the "Installation Instructions Accessories" site.

After several false starts I ticked 'body and interior' and came up with three hits for the engine block heater. None of them had the number you quote but the part you have may be under a different number.

You probably already found your answer from where you posted on swedespeed, but on the site that link takes you to, you put in the year and model number and then do a search for "block heater" and it will come up.
