...was the last straw.
While it was down this morning I looked over options for a cloud host and chose Google. After I finish migrating the site to Google Cloud Platform in a week or so, I can't promise this won't happen there, but if it happens, it'll be happening on a Google product.
Dreamhost has been housing MVS on and off since 2002, but no more. Two big downtime instances 24 days apart is awful.

Reminds me of the power plant in my home town, It keep going down. After the the last incident the engineer bragged at the city council meeting about how he brought it back up in ten minutes. Somebody stood up and stated "we don't pay you to bring it back up, we pay you to keep it up". He must of feared for his job because the yo yo stopped.
