I buckle up too, my issue is with the dinging every! single! time! I! open! the! door! Call me crazy but sometimes I like to just chill in my car with the door open and maybe watch a sunset or talk to a friend with the radio playing.

Once I figure out how to make spare keys I'll tape one up under the car, which is handy whether my car is a nag or not, on the off chance (ha) I lock myself out.

Can't be more annoying than the Volvo whose door open chime plays Africa by Toto.

I guess the previous owner on my V70 was annoyed by the chime as well, it only does a relay clicking noise for the seatbelts.
No open door or ignition on chime

Think I pulled fuse #18 on my S70 to get rid of the chime? It was a while ago.

You have me flashing back to the day that a
local college station thought it would be fun to
play "Safety Dance" on a loop while they were
down for maintenance in the studio.
Good Lord... It was devastating..
I would burn the car.
