I noticed in the video that your intake timing mark stops at the same spot both times. It goes around once freely then stops on the second go around.
I don't know what that means exactly but I think it's a clue. Points to mechanical in my mind, hopefully someone more knowable can chime in.

Go through and systematically check that the coils are in the right place. I can see that the loom has been reworked - it might be the colour coding has been changed so you will have to sort that out somehow
That kick and backfire is indicative of spark being there but on the wrong cylinder.
You do have an ignition problem of some kind, or timing of valves.

Thanks for your reply mate
Cam and crank sensors are good (giving signal) and no codes
Compression on each cyl is at least 155psi so I don’t think it’s washed the rings.
I’ll list off a few things I’ve checked. If you can thi k of anything g else that would be great. Also how do I check the tps? I though this vehicle has an electronic throttle body.
So,
Compression is all atleast 155psi on all cyl
Fuel at the rail is 48psi
Injectors are cycling (have removed rail and cranked over)
Timing appears to be spot on.
No codes for anything(using obd2 memo scanner)
Good strong spark
Cam and crank sensors have been pulled and bench tester and checked out.
I just can’t think of anything else it may be.
Thanks for your help

Make sure the Coil Pack Loom is connected in the correct order.
There is one striped wire that is a different color for each cylinder.
Per the Electrical Wiring Diagram (EWD).
Cylinder 1 Yellow-Black.
Cylinder 2 Orange-Black
Cylinder 3 Blue-Black
Cylinder 4 Green-Black
Cylinder 5 Yellow-Red.

What RHP said.
Also, can you hook that thing to VIDA and see if you get any feedback there? Only other thing I can think of would be immobilized issues, but that should set a code.

Hey guys thanks for the posts.
Ignition cables are all matching up apart from cyl 4
I have black with grey stripe.
I’ve decided I’m going to re-time her and see how we go from there

Had a '97 S90 that flat refused to start unless the camshaft position sensor was disconnected. Turned out the PO had gotten the blocking cup on the end of the camshaft installed 180° off. Corrected that and it fired right up with the camshaft position sensor connected.
My S40 would not start after a timing belt service. Disconnected the camshaft position sensor then with some extended cranking it started.
Worth a shot to disconnect your camshaft position sensor and give it a try.
