UPDATE: After talking to the Chicago Park District for 2 weeks i got a what i wanted for a small price.
****NEW STARTING LOCATION****
NORTH AVE BEACH PARKING LOT
Just east of Lake Shore Drive and Lasalle Ave.
each car must pay a $6 entrance fee. Not only is it a big lot, this is now legal...
From there we will make our way north. We wont be spending too much time in the city because of traffic. This cruise is a good one guys.
