my 1999 S80 2 litre has a dreadful noise when gearing down or slowing down & its worse when making a turn left or right, but obvious only after the car has warmed up after say 5 min?

Hi there guys!
I have a S80, REG X, year 2001.
My steering wheel has started to make some worrying noise.
I went to a locar dealer, they tryed to rob me and rob my warranty company. I went to another dealer. I purchased a brand new steering wheel pump from the Volvo dealer in North London. I went back to the garage and the guy inserted the new pump for me. An hour later, the same noise started again!
Today, i am going to a local dealer specialized in Volvo in North East London.
