V70I - amp fitting - usable 12V outlet inside the passenger room

Post by Oh4FoxSake »

Hello, fellow Moose riders...

...I'd like to connect a https://www.clarion.com/de/de/products- ... index.html to my aftermarket headunit, but don't want to pull a separate wire from the battery to the amp for reasons of laziness. Now I have read in another forum that there might be a connector located under the passenger front seat which was intended for the original Volvo amps able to take a load of 30A.

Is this connector a standard or did it only came with the respective soundsystem option? I don't know since my car was already fitted with an aftermarket unit when I bought it.
