Sluggish motor power

Hi all 2.5t owner here and I’ve got what can only seem to be a loss of power... only one code for a small evap leak.. been fighting that one for awhile. I’ll be dammed if I can explain this sudden loss of power!

Maybe headers or gaskets car sounds a little louder but I just associated that to the ac running.

Any ideas or tips I should point out to a mechanic before they check it out?
