It was a cron setting. A cron job that batches emails isn’t working on the new server, so the batch number I set to 0, so it now skips batching and sends them out as they happen.

My mvs email notifications quit maybe a few months ago. Then they began again. Now they have quit again for the past 1-3 weeks. Has this problem that was solved in June become unsolved now?
