Well, After having owned a 1990 740 and 740 Turbo, I am finally back in the family.
Picked up a 2004 XC90 T6 AWD Sunday, 186000 miles, clean, runs good with a few minor things.
Seems to have a bit of a surge when you get on it. TCV? Have one ordered. Checked hoses, clamps etc, no leaks. Cleaned MAF, changed oil etc.
Also on startup, cold or hot, Idle RPM goes to 1500-1600 and hangs there for a minute before it comes back down to normal. Dealership shows they did a TB Clean a while back.
Anything spectacular to look for?

Look for transmission hesitation when shifting into D or when moving from a stop. These are known for transmission problems. You did your homework, yes?
