Where is headlight ballast located on 2008 c70 Topic is solved

2008 Volvo c70. Checked all bulbs and ignitors(swapped everything around) so have come to the conclusion that it has to do with the driver side headlight Assembly. Wiring does not look bad but I've heard this is a problem. Question I have is I hear about having ballast go bad but I don't find one anywhere for this car(no not under headlight assembly) so does anybody know If it has one and if so where is it located? Thank you so much.

Thank you. Been looking for those damn things everywhere. People keep posting about removing bumper to get headlight out but mine just pop right out so thought maybe the ballast were somewhere else.
