Repair manual for 04 Volvo S60 2.5T

Have looked everywhere for a repair manual for our newly purchased 04 Volvo S60 2.5T
And can’t find one that doesn’t cost hundreds of dollars ...? Does anyone know where to purchase a good one reasonably priced?
My bf is rebuilding it , it keeps popping fuel pressure codes even though he has changed like every regulator and sensor , the message center keeps going on and off and not sure why, it will work one min then the next it will glow but no words are visible
He is using parts from his sons 03 S60 and if I am correct this was the year Volvo and ford switched back and I know Volvo’s are very finicky and wondering if this has anything to do with the issues , thanks in advance

Youtube is a great source for DIY videos on these cars. I also recommend this site with multiple tutorials http://www.volvohowto.com/category/p2-platform/s60/

These forums are a great source of answers when it comes to technical questions/problems. Don't hesitate to ask us which part brands are the good ones - we like to purchase them off sites like Fcpeuro.com or Ipdusa.com . Xemodex.com is a company that can fix about any electronic module

The Vida system can be put in a laptop forabout $100. That’s best.

I use Alldata , which is a web subscription at $7 a year with multiple cars. I like being able to access my manuals by phone on travel sincerely I drive about 80-90k Per year

I blew that, the total family miles are 90k but I only do about 60k of them
