MDK here... Again. So, I noticed that the little door for the obd2 port was missing on my R car. The computer box under the hood, one of the latches was missing. So I went down to the scrapyard and I got a new lid for the computer box and took the trim piece off of a 2004 that was the same color. Bye the way, when I was down there they just happened to have a 2004 S60 R. Red with a complete Atacama interior. Has the nav in the dash still.. plus the box in the trunk. For now anyway.. 7-31-2019...

Aluminum hood, plastic boot lid on the wagons and I think aluminum and plastic on the sedans. Rest is steel. Between the plastic front and aluminum hood there's barely any risk of rust spots from rocks that come flying from cars in front or in the other lanes. Neat.

They started with aluminum boot lids on the 745 but over here a lot of them didn't look to great after a while. They'd oxidise.
