Temp fix, if you aren’t in crazy dusty areas

Jam a half gallon polyethylene milk jug into the engine compartment. Run a hose from the dipstick tube into the milk jug. Drill a hole into the oil filler cap, screw Inc a fitting And run another hose into the jug. Keep that pressure down in the engine before it blows $5 seals that take $2000 in labor to replace

Could i just slightly pull out the dipstick? That’s what I’ve been doing. I feel like there’s still pressure under the oil fill cap.

I like this homemade catch can idea. At least until I can get this fixed.

I guess you can try the glove test on the upper filler with the dipstick pulled up see if it has relieved the pressure?

I’m not experienced here, sorry.
