Hi, first timer here. Lately my aging XC90 has developed a series of problems, which I'm unsure are related. It has done over 160k KM (100k miles).
Firstly, the vehicle vibrates several times per second when travelling at about 1500-2000 RPM when under load in 3rd and 4th gear, which research suggests could be caused by the torque converter or an inner CV shaft. I have tried replacing 4 litres of the trans fluid to no avail.
Sometimes the "anti skid service required" light would turn on, and switch off by itself after a day. I tried self diagnosis with an OBD scanner and it seems the differential (DEM) module is reporting incorrect rear right wheel speed (accumulates over time to astronomical numbers, resets to zero after stopping), but the ABS sensors are all reporting the correct speed. The haldex mostly likely has not been serviced in 100k miles.
There is a whining noise in the front when accelerating, but the angle gear oil has recently been replaced (75W-90).
Has anyone experienced the and what are the most likely causes? I thought I'd try my luck here first since the mechanics in my area can be very expensive...
Much appreciate any help in advance!

I have followed a few threads involving the XC90 3.2 (never owned one) - it may be the transmission.
Do some reading on the forum regarding transmission issues and see if they are similar.

The OBD2 scanner picked up a brake module fault with the steering angle sensor. The code was cleared a month ago and has returned. I suppose I'll eliminate that first to remove the anti skid fault.
Strangely, the rear differential/Haldex isn't reporting any fault.

I have recently had a similar issue. Yesterday my anti-skid-service-required light came on on the dash. After driving home, same day, the light went out on its own.
